Bug description: I cant learn Outland Mining Profesion
Proof: All Mining Trainers I visited in Outlands dont allow me to learn Outland Mining... even they dont have this option in (not allowed) I think is a bug

There is a bookcase in Shattrath City that lets you train that, see this video with the location and the proof that it can be trained; you can learn any Outland proffesion there.
