Details: From donating I obtained the "name change" bonus, but when I wanted to actually change the name of my character, I accidentally forgot to click that I wanted to use the bonus instead of using real money. Can I please get refunded those $4.9 and have my name change bonus removed instead? I know it's a personal mistake, but it should honestly be better highlighted or immediately prioritized when buying stuff like that.
