Bug description: Vendor is missing.
Proof: It's just missing.

Would be nice to put in due to Classic Weapons as transmog. Nothing else really.

Have the same Complaint , I wish they could fix it , and the http://www.wowhead.com/item=18831/high-warlords-battle-axe cannot be used in transmogrification so , Please Fix this guy.

It mean that NPC isn't missing but just visibily problem because this "event" is old and will never occur again.

GM need just to remove this bond

Then why don't they add it to the game casually? It doesn't have much improvement to the game besides transmog, or is it a new way for vote for the site and use the points to get them? Oh wait, vote doesn't work for me either...
