[REJECTED] Missing fleat quest with Talia ,can't be complete. ([Bolarus]Stormstong Monastery.)

Bug description:

There is no Talia to get other quest from her.

The next should be the : searching for answer quest.

The missing fleet is buggy to, can't be completed she is not in here the dock after arrive.
Somehow with some alt-f4 command , I could finish the missing fleet quest but Talia didn't come to the docks after that.
