Details: (optional) Greetings! Yesterday i did a Blackrock Foundry and i got the Ironcrusher's Collar from the 3rd boss. I finished the raid and went back to dalaran where i did vendor the belt because i got the appearance and i didn't have a need for it anymore and then i logged off. Today i log my dk and i wanna make a transmog with that belt that i got yesterday right, and so i start checking for it in the transmog but for whatever reason i didn't have it anymore. I was like "eh, next time i guess". And so, after that i went to do a Tos Heroic with the guild and at the first boss i got the Shoulderplates of Crackling Flame 920 (lucky) and i was like cool, ill swap them with those that i have and keep going. Finished the raid and all that, went back to dalaran, logged off, switch to another char, came back after some quests and stuff and now what. Both my shoulders were missing. The ones that i got from the raid (were on me btw and even when i was in the "char select" i saw that i had no shoulders) and the ones that i had before. Now, i know what to do right, i go on the site, deleted items recovery, "Item recovery temporarily offline, try again tomorrow", ahm ok, i try the missing items recovery and for the most part i was a bit lucky because i got my old shoulders back but, those shoulders were the only item on the site that i could recover. And one more thing, as i mentioned with the Ironcrusher's Collar, probably because i did vendor them i lost the appearance too (i don't think this is why but eh) but even tho the shoulders disappeared i still have their appearance idk why. Or why the shoulders from the raid and those that i had before disappeared and no other items? Now i know i will probably not get my items back but a gm told me to make this topic and ye, i hope for the best. Thanks!

I got these hands 915 yesterday in a mythic transmog run .I had this item in my bags, logged off and on and it was there. Today i logged on my dk and surprise, it is not anymore. Am i doing something wrong or it is normal for raid items to disappear ? And another thing, i don't have the appearance for them, compared to the shoulders that disappeared and i still have their appearance.
