Bug description: the scouting map is missing, the NPC to wear a second legendary is missing, i can't do anything at my class hall and the scouting map is bugged, is available at Beastwatch, Gorgond, in Draenor, i discover it doing lvl 100+ quests.. already have the artifact weapon but no more quests. my character name is Sickranchez.

You need to go to your class hall and do the intro questline to get you scouting map and class hall upgrade NPC.
