[REJECTED] [Monk Artifact] Purity of Form

Bug description:

Character: Blot, Windwalker Monk

I followed the monk artifact quest chain which lead me to the quest "Into the Heavens" and the instance "Skywall"

After defeating Typhinius, I was not able to see the "Fists of Heaven" drop and was not able to pick it up.

I was instantly teleported back to "The Laughing Crane" with quest completion

I was able to take the "Purity of Form" quest which requires me to use the Forge of Roaring mountain.

Clicking on "Monk Artifact Forge" / "Forge of Roaring Mountain" has no effect, since I do not have the base artifact:
Fists of Heaven
