[REJECTED] [Monk] Artifact Weapon quest bugging [Into The Heavens]

Bug description: During the monk artifact weapon quest [Into The Heavens], in the Skyhall uldum donjon, Phase 4 is bugging. The mobs that I have to kill doesn't even pop.
The scenario bugging :[Into The Heavens].
And as for the just "log out" or "clean your cash" solutions : northing works.
P.s: the .gps command doesn't seem to be working for this case.

The way the mobs are supposed to pop is at time code 23:43.

I think 2 minutes of waiting is enough just incase the mobs are taking their time to proc.

EDIT : apparently on freakz the mobs will not pop on this first platform. in order to finish the quest you need to go to the next platform where all the mobs will pop. But the stairs are locked by a wall of wind right ? You just have to descend to the platform going next to the stairs (the red arrow on this screenshot) : https://imgur.com/YCHfKPF

After completing stage3, a mob will appear in the middle of the "first" platform.

Kill that mob and the wall will disappear so you can move to the next platform where you need to defeat 0/4 minions.
