Bug description: Quest 'Before The Storm' is the pre quest for quest- chain for Monk Class Order Hall, the NPC responsible for this quest is Initiate Da-Nel in Dalaran , he does not exist in WoW Freakz PTR https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=98519&&name=initiate-da-nel so you cant take the quest chain, making monks not able to go to class order hall , spell not aviable anymore.
