Hi, I think my character is bugged

I'm trying to do the monk class hall quest line but after I finished the quest that gave me fist of the winds, nothing else showed up in the class hall and I've been running around trying to find something but there is nothing there.
My scouting map is also bugged as I can't choose a location to go quest in, for unlocking world quests.
Please help me.

Realm: Felsong

^ This was the quest I finished. After handing this quest in, nobody else in the class hall had a quest for me.
