Bug description:

the monk skill Essence Font only works once and not as described in the tooltip every 1 second for 2.3 (with my haste scaling) not at intervals, which has a serious impact on the healing of the monk.
essence font only heals a target once and that must not be.

Proof:

normally 3 waves of healing would have to be released in 2.3 seconds. I hope this bug will be fixed soon.
