Bug description: The bonus says "Each time Enveloping Mist heals an ally at full health, its healing bonus spreads to up to 2 nearby allies within 20 yds". That part with "up to 2 nearby allies" is missing on our server. There is no player limit right now. This can be exploited at stacked fights where you can spread that 30% healing bonus on all raid members which can give a mistweaver monk a massive healing boost.

as you can see in the screenshot, that bonus is spread on 12 targets instead of 2 maximum

Ovyd's winter wrap will spread up to TWO units EVERYTIME enveloping mists heal a full-health unit. There is no global cap the bonus spreading.
