Bug description: You can cast Spinning Crane Kick while moving, but to do so you need to have a glyph (link: http://www.wowhead.com/item=85697/charred-glyph.
Proof: Not able to provide any proof, would thank to anyone that can provide it for me.

Kick

This is the tooltip. It reduces movement by 30%. So you have 70% movement speed when channeling. The glyph makes you go full 100% speed.

Working as intended.
