WoW Freakz spell link: Storm , Earth and Fire
Bug description: SEF is getting increase damage by fortified in keys..This is The real bug what you need to fix not the trinkets.
Proof: easy to test ,but if you want me to put some ss here when artifact talent doing 80M single target damage in a m26 key ,i will put .

Tested it in a Fortified and Tyrannical key and the damage is exactly the same.
