Bug description: Quest objectives do not trigger. Ran around all over the Tian Monastery in Pandaria, could not find Tak-Tak (your website says he is not spawned anywhere), and the objective for arriving did not complete.

My mistake, not broken.

Tak-tak is a monkey spawned next to the Monk Artifact Knowledge npc (to the left of where you spend your Artifact Weapon points). He will teleport you to the spot (I ran there manually), and it completes the objectives.
