Currently, touch of karma damage is reduced by resilience, which means that the damage is cut in half twice.
Take for example a Monk vs X class , both having 50% resil.
Damage on you :100k damage/50%(0.5) resil= 50k.
Touch of karma damage: 50k damage/50%(0.5) resil= 25k damage.
So if someone would break down your touch of karma entirely, it means they will suffer 50% of your health in damage, etc 320k healthpool = 160k Damage over 6 seconds when fully depleted.
