[REJECTED] [Monk][Windwalker] Artifact Hidden Trait - Lightning Burst

Bug description: This is the Windwalker Monk hidden artifact trait. It should send out a shockwave of lightning after landing from a certain height, which knocks nearby enemies back.

Instead, the effect does not do anything, and it should be a shockwave, but is just electricity on the character. The effect also occurs no matter the fall height when it should occur a bit above jumping distance. This means that every single time you jump, a useless electricity effect appears on the character.

EDIT: I would like to add that even if the actual hidden trait is not added, please raise the fall height required for it to trigger because the effect is very loud and distracting.
