Bug description: Ever since the restart in the afternoon on 22.06.2020 fists of fury started to behave weirdly
Only the first tick of fists of fury is affected by mastery (this leading to other ticks dealing reduced damage)

You can see the first tick dealing 791k damage, and all ticks after that dealing 488k damage.
The ratio between them is 791/488=1.62
I have 62.17% mastery so that must be it

You can see that 3 consecutive fists of fury ticks (1st one and next 2) deal the same damage (first one is crit but divided by 2 it's the same)

Ratio 599/365=1.64 which is again very close to my mastery value (took gross numbers so a few tiny differences are there)

We are aware of the issue, the mastery / hit combo system received a full rework and was released on live by mistake.

We will revert it asap.
