[REJECTED] [Monk][Windwalker] Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger

Bug description: Invoke Xuen, the White Tiger is currently destroying in arenas, the description says it does 40% of Monks attackpower (AP) to enemies around the tiger every one second. The tiger does way more then 40% of monk damage, and is currently doing more damage in the arena then the monk itself. I have only really seen paladins be able to 1v1 a monk with Xuen. Xuen should have been doing 7,000 hitpoints, but instead it was doing 32,000 with pvp stats enabled. Without pvp stats, the tiger is also incredibly broken, Xuen is suppost to deal 10,000 hitpoints, but instead he is dealing 79,000. It is very hard to beat a Windwalker monk in an arena situation, and i have personally hated playing against monks in bgs or arenas.

you talk about pvp and test w/o templates on a normal dummy.. in pvp i think it deals like 20k-30k.. which i think it's ok for a 3min cd with a HP pool of players of 3 mil.Try to test it on pvp dummy and compare the dmg with videos from retail.What can happen is that tiger is affected by monk mastery??? idk about this

It's actually 240% instead of 40%. Tooltip is wrong
