Bug description: https://trello.com/c/iugf617Y/704-monkww-rising-sun-kick-nerf-missing in this card you said that the AP coefficient on RSK was reduced to 6.53 in 7.3.5 which is correct
BUT
In the same patch there was a rank 2 added to that spell which increased the damage of RSK by 70%
That was just a leveling change which was meant to be neutral at lvl 110
So that nerf is not needed to be applied
Proof:

this rank 2 was forgotten to be added

so the initial coef was 11.102
reduced by 41% => 11.102*0.59=~6.53
now the increased by 70% part => 6.53*1.7= ~11.102

So the nerf which is mentioned in the trello card is not relevant

As Lordoftheknight said its 70 not 70% xD and also there is no need for you to calculate the scaling when scaling is already shown in both our and wowhead database and it is 653% and currently in game according to math done is 1110.2%. https://i.imgur.com/605zj79.png .Rejected.
