Bug description: Spirit's special attacks can be parried/dodged/blocked, which afaik isn't a thing in legion (might be wrong)

What do you mean? What's not a thing in Legion? Dodge/parry/miss/block?

Ye, on special attacks since expertise and hit doesn't exists. Not talking about normal melee swings. If I'm wrong then I'm sorry.

That is sadly not true. Bosses still have a chance to parry your damage, if a rogue uses Evasion, they will still be dodged, warriors can use Die by the Sword and so on. If special attacks would not be dodgeable, etc, those spells would be for absolutely nothing. As long as an attack (be it spell or white damage) is MELEE, it can be dodged, parried or blocked
