Bug description: SotWl is hitting the main target for less damage if it hits secondary targets. The main target damage should be the same, reduced damage should be applied only to secondary targets
Proof: Have only some screenshots, don't think they can help. It is simple observed vs 4+ targets

Invalid. The main target always takes full damage (just tried it on Felsong)
