Bug description: SotWl deals terrible damage in AOE recently!
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/rJBNP I did it with a decently geared character (886 ilvl). Sometimes i do more damage in single target than in AOE ( check the ss)

What is your issue with the spell seriously? It's NOT meant to deal with that many targets. The damage on secondary targets is divided evenly by the number of total targets. If I go and hit 15 mobs on retail, the damage on secondary mobs will be 1/15th of the main damage. It's the same on our server. Stop trying to change retail mechanics just because you don't like how it works. It's not your or my job to do class balancing, it's Blizzard's

I had 15 hits (8 targets) here, and you can see that my max hit is 2.4M and my lowest is 80k. And I have FAR more gear and traits (7.3.5) than you have. and this was only 8 targets. on your screenshots you hit 11 targets, so the damage is split to 11.
