Bug description: Dupa cum arata video pe youtube 1 target este in CC si petul atacat de monk,Chi Wave NU SARE IN TARGETUL CU CC pentru ca nu trebuie sa sparga paralize-ul daca mai este un al target inafara de cel care are cc,la noi sare peste tot unde prinde si nu are prioritate pe targetul atacat de monk astfel daca eu atac un pet si wave-ul sare pe hunter care e in cc si imi strica cc-ul ,mai da si hunterul apoi Disengage tragand wave-ul dupa el healul se pierde deoarece spelul are un timp limitat de 8 secunde in care sa isi faca bounce-urile si ii ia 3-4 sa ajunga la hunter doar ( de la minutul 1:35)

Nu sare in hunter pentru ca nu e in LoS...
