Bug description: My character won May lottery but didn't received any mount. It seems that this bug is since February. Is there any effort to fix this? What about ppl from past three months will they get their mounts eventually?

Edit: Got the mount today (Stormcrow) via mail. Seems gm's are doing it manually hence the delay.
