Bug description:

first some infos about the alts:

-DK, 100+, horde, got the pandaria licence and earned the serpent ( reputation etc )
-DH, 100+, horde, could use the serpent from the start, doesnt have the licence
-warrior, 61, horde, cant use the serpent
-Frost Mage, allianz, 90, cant use the serpent

I cant mount my Cloud Serpent on my Warrior and Frost Mage. Everytime i use it it says : You cant use it now

i dont have any problems with my DK and DH
