WoW Freakz spell: Vengeance
Bug description: The Vengeance is gained from mitigated damage, instead of unmitigated damage after the recent fix.
Furthermore, after having 6 stacks of Arcane Shock with only 20k vengeance, I'm pretty sure that "- Taken spell periodic (damage or healing, depending on hit type)" this part of the proc flag isn't working as it should.

What do you mean by this?

The vengeance formula seems to be working fine, there might be some other issues with the encounters that should do more dmg and/or have faster swings, atleast for melee dmg.

The fix on the vengeance stacking bug.

I believe that the vengeance was reversed to it's state prior to this fix.

Vengeance works well from what i tested, with both physical and spell damage, the difference is that the bosses do low dmg on 2.5-3 seconds, this making vengeance to not stack up to high levels.
The "fix" would be increasing the dmg that the bosses do and/or decrease the time between melee swings, but this is not going to happen since the dmg and melee swings are preset with blizzlike timers and dmg.
