[REJECTED] [Mythic+ Keystone] Affixes are being randomized per player

Bug description: Mythic+ keystone affixes are being randomly chosen when the key is upgraded. Only the dungeon should be randomly chosen when the key is upgraded. Affixes are supposed follow a set schedule so all players should have the same affixes every week.
