Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The npc should sell a total of 8 items, 2 of which are BS reipes. However, there are currently absolutely no recipes in this vendor.

The recipes has a respawn time of 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Even if hit has that respawn time it shouldn't disappear from the vendor, it should just become "gray"(not available) until it respawns again.

True, but this is a bug (with the item not being greyed out and in fact disappearing). Anyway, the vendor has the items, and we shall see what can be done about this bug.
