Hi,

I've already logout and login from my account several times but I can't still see the NPC. Some other quest as well doesn't work on my account but my brother can finish it. I'm thinking it might be my character that has an issue?

Please try deleting your cache and logging back in.Let me know if this fixes it.

Hi Shade,

Yes, I deleted the wow cache and logged back in still the same result. I logged in using my brother's PC and it's the same. I asked him to logged in his character on both of our PC's and it works on his account/character.
