Bug description: respawn fail of puscilla in argus
Proof: puscilla sometimes goes below the map which makes it impossible to reach it.

Common issue with some Argus World Bosses. Should return to its proper location after server restarts. You can create a ticket in-game and ask a GM to reset the NPC.
