Din cate am citit pe toate topic-urile n stuff despre S9 Elite Weps , ai nevoie de 2200 rating in 3v3 sau 5v5 arena , nu zice nimic despre 2200 Rated BG rating =) , cel putin daca tu ai gasit , de ce nu ne arati un blue post? (insa am gasit ca S9 elite weapons au fost scoase de pe 4.0.3 pana pe 4.0.6 nu stiu daca pe 4.0.6a a existat un hot fix)
