Bug Description:
1. Intelect doesn't proc on HoTs
2. Multistrike doesn't proc on HoTs - however there is an exception; if i use eternal flame on someone and keep the beacon on the tank, the heal transfered through beacon procs multistrike but the person who got eternal flame on won't get any multistrike procs.

TEST 1: Beacon on paladin, eternal flame on shaman
