Bug description: Silver Knife does not drop from Arcane Chests in Nazjatar. This blocks access to Chest World Quests unlock, reducing daily rep gains.
Proof: 0 completions on https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=56239&&name=strange-silver-knife

Edit: To add to this. Those like me who have looted most of the arcane chests in the zone (except for the unreachable ones or bugged ones) in an attempt to get the Silver knife, can now no longer get it as arcane chests do not respawn.

It isn't gonna get implemented, I asked for this during 8.2 .
