Bug description: Cannot complete this quest, not enough Prismatic Manapearls

Before doing this quest I spent some of the manapearls on some armor. Now there doesn't seem to be a way to get more manapearls. I don't have a way to open up world quests in this zone as that comes after completing this quest and a couple of others.

Go through Nazjatar and defeat Rare NPC's to obtain the missing Manapearls.

Do all rares in the zone drop them? Just searched for an hour and finally found a rare and none dropped.

Edit:
At this point I have been looking for hours and have found no more rares. Either people are just killing rares very quickly and the respawns are very slow or there just are not a lot spawning.

Sad that the mistake I made basically halts progression completely in this zone.

Edit: Killed some more rares, no drops for them.
Guess it is time to delete the demon hunter and start over.
