Did the dungeon for the Class Campaign Quest. Item did not drop. Considered to wowhead it should drop from Xavius, even in normal mode. Class Hall quest items have a 100% drop chance, if you have the quest in ur questlog

ItemFinder also says 100% drop, maybe the cache was bugged again. I will delete cache for the following quests but can you give me the lash so I dont need to do the entire dungeon again
