[REJECTED] No Artifact Quest (or any quest) After "In The Blink of an Eye"

WoW Freakz quest link: [Dalaran] "In the Blink of An Eye"
Bug description: I'm on my demon hunter, and I reached 101 so I went to stormwind and did the quests there, up until "In the Blink of An Eye". After completing this quest and handing it in to Khadgar, I am left questless. I asked global chat what the problem was, and they said to look around for an NPC with a quest, but I have walked around Dalaran for 20 minutes with no luck.

All I ask for is some way to have a GM bring the artifact quest into my log. As the screenshots show, my dhs name is Cerprus.[/img]

If you still have problems with the quest, open a ticket ingame and a GM will give you the quest.
