Bug description: I want to post this bug that I had this friday. I opened 3 weekly chests with my characters. 2 got a keys and an items, but my main character (Ranish - Demon Hunter) got only a key but no item at all... This shouldn't happen, but it saddly did. Is there any posibility to recover my "unknown" item? Maybe it lies under a cosy warm blanket deep down in a class hall chest - please find out -
