Bug description: Nomi should only give recipes which we don't already know and ranks which we don't already have for recipes, but he simply gives random recipes of all ranks regadless of what you already know. Even though I diligently "gather" my work orders as soon as they are ready, in 1-2 days i'll still get a recipe which i already got before.
Please let me know if the above makes sense, I'm not sure I explained it right.
