[REJECTED] [Northern Stranglethorn] Jungle Serpents

Bug description: they are lvl 83 npcs spawened in a lvl 25-30 zone and this is wrong! i tried to complete a quest(Panther Prowess) and they are in the quest area.look the retail map http://www.wowhead.com/npc=52224/jungle-serpent . they are objective for Serpents and Poison (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=29221&&name=serpents-and-poison
) but they should appear when the player start this quest chain http://wow.gamepedia.com/Quest:Serpents_and_Poison . this quest chain use the phasing technology and this is how they appear in Northern Stranglethorn(according to http://wow.gamepedia.com/Quest:Serpents_and_Poison )
