You roll with 6 dice and you get the buff that comes up most. What did you expect? Do you wonder why people don't really play outlaw rogue on retail?
Mostly when people are crying about RNG, they are crying about needing to roll with a dice, and check what comes up. you roll with SIX, not one. The spell itself works properly.
