Bug description: when I use the quest item nothing happpens and I do not get credit for the quest
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/nYHcG in this photo you can see that my item is on cooldown and I did not get any quest credit.

Nevermind it works but you have to abandon the quest
and then take it again
