Bug description: While fixing this trait recently on aoe from 100% procing you did something wrong for single target which worked totally ok before,now its like 10% chance to proc wtf?

It has 20% proc chance. It works as intended.

It has 20% chance on Cast Complete.

Before the fix it had 20% chance on HIT (rampage hits 5 times, so it had 5x more proc chance as intended, this is WITHOUT Meat Cleaver. With meat cleaver, it was 5x20% per target hit, so it could go ridiculously high).
