[REJECTED] [Outland][Zangarmarsh] Wanted: Chieftain Mummaki

Bug description:
The quest progress is completed, but cannot interact with the target NPC to gain the rewards.
This also happens with the other NPC's in [Outland\Zangarmarsh\Orebor Harborage] town who represents the <Kurenai> faction, which I am currently in Unfriendly reputation with. They are shown as quest givers, but cannot interact with any of them.

TL;DR quest is done, but cannot complete and gain reward frorm NPC

NPC is named Ikuti.

May this is not related to this specific quest only...? Anyways, reported this way, since I cannot complete this quest.
