Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The spell isnt being affected by haste like it should, with very low haste, it had 2.8 sec cast; and during raid with all haste gear (28% haste) and with heroism, the cast was still 2.8 sec. This is a huge disadvantage for spriests in pve!

it changend, not it doesn't changed the channeling time, not it adds more dots. At 28% haste, you should have around 5ticks, not 3 as normal
