[REJECTED] PVP items rewarded from rated arena ilvl not scaling with mmr

Bug description: Items in PVP rewarded for win do not scale with ur arena rating, you only get 830 ilvl items, regardless of the PVP rating.
Proof: i have screenshot of all 830 ilvl items i get from arenas at 1500+
