Bug description: In recent times i've noticed that the critical strike value of holy paladin is a bit bugged. With my character i have 44%, that mean i have 88% crit with Holy Shock ability, but there are too many times that this spell doesn't crit. Thanks for support and sorry for my bad english.

Please bring proper proof and not just say it's bugged. For crit chances we need logs from atleast 100 casts to get a reliable value.

I made this test for you, don't mind my stats i went full haste just to be faster while doing this^^.
44% crit and no 2 set bonus

Holy Shock Healing:

It shouldn't matter if i test dmg or healing, both has same crit chance and you see i got in both cases more than 88%.
