Bug description: holy radiance does get the haste and mana buff from selfless healer but it doesn't get the increase in heal. in the pictures i show the heal/cast time/mana consumption with 0/1/2/3 stacks of selfless healer. cast time gets modiffied, mana cost also gets modified but healing done doesn't and it should get modified as in the selfless healer tooltip says. TY

if you're talking about the visual on the spell icon that would be the only problem, the talent works fine it gets increased
