[REJECTED] [Paladin] [Holy] Paladin considered as ranged healer

Bug description: Holy Paladin is considered as a range healer. Who know that spec know this is a big problem because standing still near players(melee) give to paladin chance to heal more than when he's on a far distance(ranged).
Checking video below you'll see that paladin stay in melee distance.

Thanks for reading! This is a well know bug so i hope no one have already reported it(i haven't saw other post realated this bug).
I hope you will fix as soon as possible because it's not a low priority bug.

Not a class bug anymore.

Bosses have to be individual scripted to not target paladin. So post the regarding issues in PvE section.
I mean issueas like:
-Krosus orb
-Arcway spider boss nets
-Botanist parasitic Fetter
-...
