WoW Freakz spell link: 'Turn Evil'
Bug description: It's not a bug, it's exploit....because 'the fear' last longer than usual.

https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=10326&&name=turn-evil fear lasts 40s, u have 32s left so it's not bugged or exploited.

Against players, no CC duration (before DR kicks in) should be longer than....what was it....8 seconds? 10 seconds? Whatever, 40 second cc against a player is wrong

Turn Evil should have a 8 sec duration, and is regarded as a "fear" effect. Because of that, it's also subjected to Diminishing Returns. I'll test it out and return with results.

Also, please post some proof when you comment to confirm/deny something, (such as patch notes when this ability was introduced)

I've tested this out, I casted about 25 Turn Evil and it's working as it should. I can't reproduce it. I need to know more information if we want to confirm this, or it might just be a random event.
